We're The GLOW Group (NE) Limited, 1 Front Street, Framwellgate Moor, Durham DH1 5AU. We're the data controller for anything you send us here.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, the role and hours you're interested in, your right to work answer, your CV and anything else you choose to tell us.

Why

Only to look at your application, get in touch about roles and arrange interviews. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible employment contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting the right people.

Who sees it

Our directors and the salon managers involved in hiring. We use trusted service providers to receive and store applications, and they only process it on our instructions. We never sell your data or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Six months from when you apply, then we delete it. If you're successful, it moves to your staff file and our employee privacy notice applies. If you tick the box below, we keep it for 12 months so we can contact you about future roles.

Your rights

• See the data we hold on you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Withdraw consent for us keeping it on file at any time

Email hello@tanwithglow.com for any of the above. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
